These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Petimer ("the App", "we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Petimer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may modify your username and profile bio at any time, subject to these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings in the App. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Active subscriptions must be managed and canceled through your platform provider (Apple App Store / Google Play).

3. User Content

The App allows limited user-generated content, including usernames and short profile bios.

You agree not to upload or display content that is unlawful, offensive, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove or modify user content at our discretion.

4. Virtual Items, Currency, and Gacha Mechanics

Petimer includes virtual items, virtual currency, and randomized reward mechanics (such as gacha-style systems).

All virtual items and currency:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Are provided solely for use within the App

Randomized rewards are generated digitally and are not guaranteed to result in any specific outcome.

Odds, availability, and content of rewards may change over time.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Petimer offers subscriptions and one-time purchases through Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

All payments are handled by the respective platform providers and are subject to their terms and policies.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the platform’s subscription management settings.

Refunds are governed exclusively by Apple or Google policies.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs or unintended mechanics
• Attempt to manipulate randomized reward systems
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the App’s services
• Use the App for unlawful purposes

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

Upon termination, access to virtual items, currency, and subscriptions may be lost without compensation.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petimer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
